Breaking Ground: Intact Global Takes Oregon to Court
Our historic case (Hadachek v. Oregon, Case No. 25CV18224) asserts that Oregon’s anti‑FGM law discriminates by excluding boys and intersex youth from equal legal protection.

"Your support means the world to every child who deserves protection from forced, non-consensual genital cutting. Together, we are building an unshakable movement grounded in truth, compassion, and justice.I invite you to stay engaged, spread the word, and take action—because this fight is winnable, and we need every voice to rise." —Eric Clopper
This case, Hadachek v. Oregon, challenges the state’s selective application of its Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) law—an otherwise vital protection that, as written, shields only girls. By excluding boys and intersex children, Oregon’s statute fails the foundational principle of equal protection under the law. Our legal team argues that this disparity is not just unjust, but unconstitutional.
The implications of this case extend far beyond Oregon. If successful, it could open the door for similar challenges across the country, sparking a broader conversation about the legal double standard in how we protect children from medically unnecessary genital surgery. This case is about restoring balance—ensuring all children, regardless of sex or gender, receive the same legal safeguards.
We cannot do this without your continued support. From raising awareness to amplifying our message on social media, every action helps build momentum. Together, we are rewriting the narrative around bodily autonomy and sending a powerful message to lawmakers, doctors, and courts: all children deserve equal protection.
