Intact Global Prepares for Second Lawsuit in Colorado After Stellar Annual Conference in Los Angeles

Intact Global’s annual conference brought together dedicated advocates, legal minds, and movement leaders as we prepare for the next phase of equal protection litigation in Oregon, Colorado, and beyond.

Help Fund Our Second Constitutional Challenge in Colorado
Dear Subscriber,
Intact Global’s annual conference was a tremendous success. Last month, advocates, donors, attorneys, researchers, organizers, and movement leaders gathered at Intact Global’s new headquarters in downtown Los Angeles for a powerful weekend of education, strategy, and community-building. We heard from many of the movement’s leading voices—both longtime leaders and newer advocates—with a renewed sense of optimism about the road ahead.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” —Margaret Mead

The conference proved this movement is no longer just raising awareness—we are building institutions, advancing litigation, and preparing to win. The seriousness and reach of our work is expanding, and results are starting to show.

Hadachek v. Oregon is moving toward summary judgment. All depositions are complete, and Oregon is positioned to become our first concrete legal victory within 3 to 5 months. Our goal: establish that all children deserve equal protection from non-consensual genital cutting.

We're preparing the next constitutional challenge in Colorado. We have our attorney, two plaintiffs, and a drafted complaint.

Working timeline: file June 10, 2026; Founders Dinner in Denver June 14; press conference announcing the lawsuit June 15. We're expanding this litigation state by state.

We've launched a GoFundMe to support Colorado litigation and the national legal strategy. Every contribution funds attorney time, filing costs, press work, plaintiff support, and legal research. Please donate and share with others who believe every child deserves equal protection and bodily autonomy.
