Happy Father’s Day & Colorado Momentum

Recently, that spirit of courage and change was on full display in Colorado.

On Sunday evening June 14th, Intact Global hosted our Colorado Launch Dinner, welcoming more than 20 supporters, advocates, and friends who traveled from across the United States to join us. It was an inspiring evening filled with connection, conversation, and a shared commitment to advancing children’s rights.

On Monday morning, June 15th, we gathered at the Colorado State Capitol for the official launch of Huff v. Colorado, Intact Global’s newest constitutional challenge. The press conference was a tremendous success, featuring powerful speakers, meaningful messages, and strong support from attendees both in person and around the world. The event also received strong media coverage, appearing in at least five Denver-area publications and helping introduce this important case to a broader audience. While we celebrate these important milestones, our work is far from finished. We continue to prepare for the next phases of Hadacheck v. Oregon while simultaneously advancing Huff v. Colorado. These cases represent critical opportunities to move the conversation forward and challenge laws that fail to provide equal protection to all children.
