Attend the 2026 Intact Global Conference
Dear Subscriber,
As Hadachek v. Oregon (Case No. 25CV18224) continues to progress, we are preparing to share clearer updates on the case’s status and next steps at the 2026 Intact Global Conference. We are also excited to expand this year’s program to include dedicated breakout rooms, creating space for more focused discussion and meaningful engagement among attendees. To accommodate hotel availability and help reduce costs, the conference dates have been updated; current details are reflected in this newsletter and on our website.

“We are entering uncharted legal territory by asking courts to examine whether long-standing practices that permanently alter children’s bodies can withstand constitutional scrutiny. The Oregon case represents the foundation of a broader legal strategy to secure bodily autonomy and equal protection for every child. At this conference, we will assess how far we’ve come — and how we move forward.” —Eric Clopper

This year’s conference will include dedicated breakout rooms designed to allow for focused discussion on litigation strategy, advocacy coordination, and emerging legal and policy issues related to bodily autonomy and equal protection. These smaller sessions are intended to encourage substantive exchange and practical engagement alongside the main program. To accommodate hotel availability and help reduce costs for attendees, the conference dates have been updated; the conference will now take place April 18–19, 2026, with optional events on April 17 and April 18. Please refer to the conference page for the most current details.

The 2026 Intact Global Conference will take place April 18-19, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. An optional Founders’ Dinner will be held the evening of Friday, April 17, offering an intimate opportunity to connect ahead of the conference. Conference attendees will also enjoy the added benefit of attending our Legacy Gala on Saturday evening, a signature event honoring the advocates, donors, and legal pioneers driving this movement forward—truly an event not to miss.

Early bird registration is currently available, offering reduced pricing for those who register in advance. Full details, including conference programming and optional events, are available on the conference page.
